The Wolverines are looking to add members to its 2017 recruiting class and recently hosted 2017 four-star shooting guard Nojel Eastern recently.
The Michigan Insider spoke with his mother, Tamara Reed, about the unofficial visit and the Wolverines came off favorably after the visit.
"(I) have to admit, we were kinda surprised," Reed said about the visit. "It was by far the best unofficial visit that we've taken so far. Coach Beilein was very prepared; you could tell he had everything well thought out. From the academics to strength and conditioning. And I don't think you can have better use of technology than what they are doing. The campus is gorgeous and the arena is beautiful."
Although Eastern did not receive an offer during the visit because Michigan still needs to review his academic record, one could come soon.
