The Michigan basketball's non-conference schedule appears to be filling out for next season. Just recently U-M head coach John Beilein teased that another marquee match-up for the 2016-2017 season was in the works to be released at a later date.
That opponent has appeared to be revealed.
According to CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein, U-M and Texas have scheduled a home-and-home game in Ann Arbor next season, with the Wolverines making the trip to Austin the season after.
Announced earlier this year, the Longhorns will be joining UCLA as schools that have agreed to a home-and-home series with the Wolverines. Also on the docket for the 2016-2017 season are Cincinnati, Marquette, Virginia Tech and either SMU or Pittsburgh.
