It's no secret that 2017 four-star wide receiver Nico Collins has Michigan as his leader.
Of course, it goes without saying that the battle for his signature on the LOI will be a fight to the very end. It has been speculated that it will come down to the Wolverines and in-state Alabama as the final two schools. However, the Crimson Tide might not be much of a threat as previously thought.
According to The Michigan Insider's Sam Webb, he has listed a scenario in which Alabama might not have the room to sign him if he were to pick the Tide. In fact, the Wolverines have done such an excellent job recruiting Collins that he might not need to look elsewhere.
