Trout hopes to land Wolverine offer

St. Louis (MO.) Chaminade College 2018 defensive tackle Trevor Trout talks about his interest in the Wolverines, what a Michigan offer would mean to him and more.

One of the top defensive line prospects in the country is St. Louis (MO.) Chaminade College Prep 2018 defensive tackle Trevor Trout. The four-star recruit already holds over double digit offers, but hopes his offer list continues to grow. A program that he would love to see added to his offer list is Michigan.

“I don’t have an offer, but I want one,” Trout told The Michigan Insider. “I have high interest in them. They just have such a historic and winning program right now.”

One of the main reasons for his significant interest towards the Wolverines is because of their head coach, Jim Harbaugh.

“One of the best coaches in college football,” said Trout. “He knows how to recruit and win.”

If an offer were to be extended to the 6-foot-4, 295-pounder, the Maize and Blue would instantly become one of his top suitors.

“It would be a big deal,” said Trout. “It would show that I’m good enough. The big big schools are still sleeping. They would easily be in my top 10. Absolutely want to visit.”

Moving forward, Trout currently has no upcoming visits
