Top programs are taking notice of rising sophomore Trejan Bridges, who already holds offers from BYU, Iowa State and Texas Tech respectively.
His offer list will certainly grow – that’s for sure.
And at 6-foot-3, 174-pounds, it's easy to see why, as Bridges starred at Nike’s The Opening regional held outside Dallas on Sunday, an event that showcased the smooth running, sure handed 2019 wide receiver out of Lewisville (Texas) Hebron High.
Afterwards, the three-star standout talked to The Michigan Insider, who gauged his interest in Michigan as possible landing spot in his recruitment.
“Michigan is a great school, a great football program and has great in academics,” Bridges said. “I would definitely look good in some blue and gold.”
And, well, what if the Wolverines were to offer?
“They would be on top of my radar, looking forward to (possibly) committing,” he said, noting he would also like to visit.
“If I got see a practice, I would like to see the players compete,” Bridges said. “I would like to see the environment up there, to see if I would good if I was up there. See if I could fit in, you know?”
Coming up, Bridges says he plans on visiting Texas Tech, Mississippi State and BYU later this spring.
“I’m going to have a lot of interest (in a school) as long as they tell me they are going to throw the ball,” Bridges said of each school. “If it’s one-on-one circumstances, if you can beat the man in front of you that’s what we want, because 99% of time I’m going to catch the ball.”
