Keiondre Jones is one of the hottest commodities in the 2019 class. The junior four-star prospect from Hoganville (Ga.) Callaway has seen his offer list grow throughout his recruitment and recently hit two dozen offers when Michigan extended the latest offer out.
“They stopped by my school and my coach told me,” Jones told The Michigan Insider. “I was extremely excited. I have been waiting on that offer for a while.”
His most recent offer from the Wolverines was one he’s coveted for quite sometime because of the rich tradition and now Ann Arbor is also a destination he looks to visit.
“It's a program I really look forward to getting up there and knowing them better,” said Jones. “It's a blessing and I can't wait to get up there. I want to see the Big House and all those things. It's Michigan, one of the most storied teams. Hopefully this summer (I will visit).”
The 6-foot-4, 286-pounder has also taken notice of the Maize and Blue’s recruiting surge in his home state, which he feels is certainly a good idea.
“I think it's very smart that they're coming down into the best state for the athletes,” said Jones. “Yes, ( I do think Michigan’s presence is growing).”
Jones currently claims no favorites in his recruitment or has any visits coming up
