2019 defensive back Jordan Battle attended the FAU camp to give coaches in attendance an inside look into what he could bring to the table.
According to Scout.com's Corey Bender, Battle spent a large amount of time time with one coach in particular, Michigan defensive coordinator Don Brown. It appeared that Brown took a liking to Battle, which stood out to him the most.
With a U-M offer already in hand, it was easy to see the happiness beaming from Battle after talking about the Wolverines.
"It's a great feeling," Battle said. "Especially coming from a legend like coach Don Brown. He plays press-style defense like Florida DBs."
For the future, Battle plans to take an unofficial visit to Ann Arbor in the coming weeks and an LSU visit is also on the schedule. In terms of who he hopes to hear from in the future, Oregon, who was in attendance, and local school Florida are two offers he hopes to receive. The Ducks, who told Battle they would be keeping an eye on him, are childhood favorites of Battle's.
Battle claims distance from home will not be a factor.
