D.C. 2018 CB Noah Boykin Talks Michigan Offer

Washington (D.C.) Woodson 2018 CB Noah Boykin updates his Michigan recruitment and more.

In late May, Washington (D.C.) Woodson 2018 cornerback Noah Boykin announced on Twitter his “blessed” news of his latest offer from Michigan.

Today, The Michigan Insider caught up with the three-star cornerback as he discussed in more detail his thoughts on the Wolverines.

“Michigan is a traditional school and is definitely one of the biggest offers I have so far,” Boykin said. “My interest in Michigan, I mean, to be part of Michigan’s program as a football player, that’s big. As you get older Michigan is a good network to be part of.”

Boykin said he’s actually already been on campus visit to U-M, too.

“I’ve actually been to Michigan before,” Boykin said. “This is back when I wasn’t getting recruited. It’s real nice. I got a chance to stand in the middle of the field. I got to see everything.”

Though, he did note that he hopes to go back again this summer.

“This time I wouldn’t need to see much,” Boykin said. “I feel any environment or anywhere I go I can thrive. My main thing is getting in with the coaches, mainly my position coach. So once I get in with him, I can go on from there.”

Already, Boykin has been on campus visits at Clemson and Georgia, and says he plans on checking out Tennessee and Kentucky this week.

Boykin plans to announce his top-10 later this summer. He says he will most likely take all five of his official visits, and is looking into possibly graduating early if possible.
