Juniors Highlight Indiana Game Visitors

The list of football prospects at the Indinan game was not as extensive as for the Notre Dame thrashing. However, Two Notable Ohio Juniors (one from Northern, one from Southern Ohio) raised our recruiting eyebrows Saturday. And there were several instate prospects in attendance again as well.

**MONDAY AM UPDATED**

- Ohio junior wide receiver Marion Manningham (6-0, 190 lbs.) from Warren, Ohio, Harding. Harding is Prescott Burgess' alma mater, and Manningham and Burgess are friends (note: Burgess didn't play in the game, and was not seen afterward with the Harding group). Manningham is one of the consensus top three Ohio juniors, and there have been rumors since last winter that he liked Michigan. This visit confirms it. Mannningham was here with two teammates (notably, not top RB Delbert Ferguson):
-- Senior LB Anthony Hoke (6-1 1/2, 225 lbs., 4.6 in the 40, a top 30 Ohio prospect who plays DE for Harding, who made 29 sacks as a junior, and who has offers from Indiana and Cincinnati).
-- Senior RB Richard David (5-11 1/2, 200 lbs., 35 inch vertical jump, a top 50 Ohio prospect who so far this season is Harding's leading rusher, and who has several MAC offers).

- Junior QB Robby Schoenhoft (6-6, 225 lbs.) from Cincinnati, Ohio, St. Xavier. He has led the St. Xavier Bombers to a 4-1 record to far this season after losing 10-9 this past Friday to Cincinnati Moeller. In five games this season he has completed 43 of 114 passes for 628 yards (his stats were hurt by being held to 5 for 20 against Moeller). He also plays basketball for St. Xavier.

- OL Blake Botek (2003 U-M Camper, 6-3, 305 lbs., 330 lbs., 3.3 GPA) from Grand Ledge, Mich., with teammate OL Shawn Stevens (6-4, 250 lbs.).

- DL Dewayne Roland (6-3, 275 lbs) from Southfield-Lathrup. He also attended the Notre Dame game.

- Junior Tight End Kenlen Fuller (6-4, 240 lbs.) from Saginaw, Mich.

- Junior LM Bryant Nowicki (6-3, 260 lbs.) from Bay City, Mich., John Glenn.

- Michigan commitment #10: OL Jeremy Ciulla (6-5 1/2, 279 lbs., 5.0 in the 40, 325 lb. bench press, 3.6 GPA/1100 SAT) from Kennesaw Mountain, Ga. was there on an unofficial visit. - Michigan commitment #6: OL Alex Mitchell (6-6, 300 lbs.) from Bay City, Mich, Central.

- Don't we wish he was a recruit again: AC himself, former Michigan great Anthony Carter was in attendance, looking like he could well suit it up again.

As always, we will bring you more as our 'spotters' give us their reports.
