Safety Kyle Jackson from Neptune Beach, Fla., Fletcher is interested in the Wolverines.

I talked to Safety Kyle Jackson (6-0 1/2, 176 lbs., 4.6 in the 40, 3.1 GPA/16 ACT) from Neptune Beach, Fla., Fletcher.

Is Michigan one of the schools high on your list?

"Yes they are ... I don't have a final top five, but currently I like Georgia Tech, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Vanderbilt, as well as Michigan."
(Note: he has also recently listed Nebraska and South Carolina)

Have you made any unofficial visits?

"I made one to Florida, for one of their games. And I went to camps in the summer at Florida and Georgia Tech."
(Note: Florida and Georgia Tech are generally considered his top two schools).

How many offers do you have now?

"Fifteen I think. I'm probably can't list them all: the schools I already said, plus Florida State, LSU, Auburn, Clemson, South Carolina, Alabama, Nebraska, North Carolina, Wake Forest."

Who is recruiting you for Michigan?

"Coach Loeffler, Michigan's quarterback coach. Neptune Beach is in Northern Florida, it's part of the Jacksonville area. If you go to the beach in Jacksonville, there's Atlantic Beach, Neptune beach -- I actually live in Atlantic Beach, Jackson Beach, and Ponte Vedra Beach."

How is your season going so far?

"We're 3-0. I'm playing wide receiver and safety. I have nine catches so far on offense. On defense I have two interceptions; I'm not sure of how many tackles I have but this past Friday I had 15 tackles."

Jackson is TheInsiders' #82 prospect.
