OSU Game Visit List Finalized -- At Four.

Here is our final (unofficial of course) list of known Michigan recruiting visitors for the OSU game -- down to four now -- with comments from two of them. And the known unofficial visits as well.

OSU Game Official Visitors:

- Cornerback Ted Ginn (Nov. 22 official visit, 2002 Michigan camper, U.S. Army Combine stats: 6-2, 187 lbs., 28.0 vertical jump, 4.40 in the 40, 4.17 in the shuttle, 28-inch vertical jump … PSU Nike stats: 5-11.5, 169 lbs., 4.31 in the 40, 3.3 GPA/19 ACT) from Cleveland, Ohio, Glenville. His other official visits: OSU Dec. 5, USC Dec. 12, Miami (Dec. 19) and Iowa. He is TheInsiders.com's #17 prospect.

- WR Adrian Arrington (Nov. 22 official visit, 2002 U-M Camper, U-M Nike stats: 6-4, 177 lbs., 4.5 in the 40, 32.4 inch vertical, 4.28 sec. Shuttle … 3.5 GPA) from Cedar Rapids, Ia., George Washington. He told us Tuesday evening, "I have a game Friday night, so I'm getting into Detroit at 10:30 Saturday morning, just in time for the game!" His other official visits: Pitt Dec.. 5, UCLA in Dec., and possibly Iowa, Kansas State, Colorado, or Notre Dame. He is TheInsiders.com's #64 prospect.

- OL Brett Gallimore (Nov. 22 official visit, 6-5, 290 lbs., 5.1 in the 40, 300-lb.bench press, 2.6 GPA) from Riverside, Mo., Park Hill South (Kansas City area). His other official visits: OSU Sept. 6, Purdue Oct. 4, FSU Nov. 15, Oregon Nov. 18. He made an unofficial visit for the Notre Dame game. He is TheInsiders.com's #91 prospect.

- Michigan Commitment #2: RB/LB Max Martin (Nov. 22 official visit, 6-2, 210 lbs., 4.5 in the 40, 305-lb. bench press, 2.5 GPA/24 ACT/1070 SAT) from Madison, Ala., Bob Jones (in the Huntsville area). He is TheInsiders.com's #48 South prospect.

VISIT POSTPONED - Safety Greg Hinds (Nov. 22 official visit, Aub. Nike stats: 6-1, 200 lbs., … 4.5 in the 40, 305 lb. bench press, 30 inch vertical jump, 16 ACT) from Southaven, Miss. He told us Tues. evening, "I'm definitely visiting Michigan, but not this weekend. It's my birthday and so I'm staying home because my family is having a party for me." Note: rescheduling sometimes happens, sometines not. Stay tuned.In mid-Oct. he told us he also plans to take official visits to Auburn, Mississippi State, Alabama and Tennessee.

- UNOFFICIAL: Brandon Braxton (6-7, 300 lbs., 5.1 in the 40, 3.75 GPA) from Youngstown, Oh., Ursuline. Braxton says he IS NOT visiting U-M officially, that he will save his official visits for far-away schools. So maybe U-M will be treating him as 'official' in how they will treat the visit?

- UNOFFICIAL: DL Vernon Gholston (Dec. 5 official visit, 2003 U-M Camper, U-M Nike stats: 6-3, 238 lbs., 4.45 in the 40, 31 bench press reps. … 3.0 GPA) from Detroit Cass Tech. He will make an unofficial visit for the OSU game, and he's made an unofficial visit for the Purdue and Notre Dame games. In early Nov. he told us his favorites are, "I like Michigan, Michigan State, and Ohio State."

- UNOFFICIAL: DL/TE Michael Massey (Dec. 12 official visit, 2003 U-M Camper, 6-5, 235 lbs., 4.82 in the 40 {electronic at the U-M Camp}, 225-lb. bench press, 2.5 GPA/980 SAT) from Cleveland St. Ignatius.

- UNOFFICIAL: Wide Receiver Mario Hines (5-10, 160 lbs., 4.4 in the 40 {Miami Camp time}, 20 ACT) from Ecorse, Mich. - UNOFFICIAL: Jr. linebacker J.B. Paxson (6-3, 250 lbs.) from Greenwood, Ind., Center Grove.

- UNOFFICIAL: Jr. DT Terrance Taylor (2003 U-M Camper, 6-0, 285 lbs.) from Muskegon, Mich. After attending the U-M/MSU game he told us, "Michigan is my leader right now. I'm going to wait until I'm in my senior year to decide." He has made Purdue, Illinois, Notre Dame and CMU game unofficial visits. He is considered one of the top two instate juniors.
