I hear you're taking the SAT tomorrow (Saturday)?
"Yes sir. I prepared for it so I'm ready for it."
Do you have an interest in U-M?
Has Michigan offered you a scholarship?
"Yes sir. I forget what coach I talked to ... it was not Coach Carr. It was Coach Campbell -- he offered me over the phone, and he talked to my coach and told him as well."
Who else has offered you?
"Virginia and Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Penn State, UCLA , Maryland, Kansas St, Syracuse, Clemson, West Virginia ..."
We hear you grew up watching Michigan and Miami on TV? You were a Michigan fan?
"Yes sir. As a kid I used to follow Michigan -- I'd watch them on TV all the time. I liked how they'd go to the National Championship game. And I liked their colors, and their helmets."
"But right now I have no favorites. I'm just open. I'm thinking about what I want to take up in college and will see how different schools fit into that."
What position is Michigan recruiting you for?
"I'm not sure of that ... a little running back and a little cornerback ... they are recruiting me for both sides of the ball."
Have you ever been to the state of Michigan?
"Have I ever been there? Not, but Im going to try to get up there."
Will distance from home be a factor for you?
"No sir, distance will not play a factor."
Have you decided on spring or summer camps?
"I attended a Junior Day at North Carolina in February, but I don't have any other visits or camps planned at this time."
