Recruiting Bits and Offers

The list of offers is growing. The follwing are brief snippets of reports from TheInsiders Network. GoBlueWolverine Magazine will followup these reports over the next couple days. Plus, GBW continues to bring you first-hand combine reports.

Linebacker Rico McCoy from St. Johns College High School in Washington D.C. told Bob Lichtenfels of, "Coach Carr called and said he'd like to offer me a scholarship from the University of Michigan." McCoy is a 6 foot 2, 212 pound linebacker with reported 4.55 speed. He now reports 11 offers. Click here for McCoy's video.

Another linebacker reporting a Michigan offer is Quentin Taylor from Apopka, Fla High School. Taylor is a 6 foot 1, 205 pound player with 4.64 speed. Click here to view Taylor's video.

Staying in the south, quarterback Harrison Beck of Clearwater., Fla Countryside High School told TheInsiders Allen Wallace that, "Nebraska, North Carolina St, Arizona and Michigan all told me I'm their number one guy for QB. I'm gonna take some visits and try to get an idea for the school before I decide. I want to make sure I like all the teammates and see if I fit in. I'm pretty easy going, so I'm not too worried about it." Beck has recently listed a top three of Nebraska, North Carolina State, and Florida, with Nebraska holdin a slight lead.
