On the return of Jeremy Van Alstyne: "Well he's made a remarkable recovery and I think depending on how he does this week, he practiced last week, he's good to go, we just have to see, the question would be, the conditioning and the things he's missed but, in terms of the knee- it's fine, he's been given clearance to play so, we have to see how he handles practice, but I think you could see him this week."

On Steve Breaston: "he's ready to go"

Minnesota-Michigan will be played live on ESPN Classic if regular ESPN broadcast is slated for the MLB playoffs.

UM department of public safety will be strictly enforcing their rules and regulations regarding items that can be brought into the stadium. Purses or fanny packs larger than 5" W x 8" L x 5" height will be prohibited (with the exception being diaper bags). Check back later for a full list of permitted and prohibited items.
