Monday Recruiting Tidbits

Lots of football recruiting action looking back over the past week, and going forward. Justin King, LaTerryal Savoy, and more.
In case you have forgotton, Justin King made his official visit to Penn State over the weekend (PSU lost to Northwestern, 14-7). He will announce his decision on ESPNews a week from today. Will it be Michigan or PSU for Justin (he has made official visits only to those two schools, plus Florida)? Clearly U-M has the stronger program right now, but PSU's defense has held up during the season as their offense has let them down.

Michigan wide receiver commitment LaTerryal Savoy had four TD receptions this past weekend in a miracle comeback for his Mamou, Louisiana team. Click HERE for the story.

Finally, Michigan coaches fanned out to scout recruits this past week, both at praceives and games. We had reported previously on Justin King and Victor Harris (click HERE for the story) ... note that with U-M having no remaining top recruits on the West Coast, Coach English was able to concentrate on his favorite DB recruits. Michigan assistants Loeffler and Sheridan also reportedly visited juniors in Pennsylvania. OL Coach Moeller visited his top recruits (including Dace Richardson and Cory Zirbel). And with Brandon Logan andJames McKinney down in Kentucky, you can bet U-M made a foray down there as well.

Stay tuned for more details.
