6 foot 4, 260-pound lineman David Moosman from Libertyville, Ill. High School was on campus this weekend. With the commitments of Cory Zirbel from Kentucky and Mark Ortmann from Texas in the, did Moosman join them?
"No, I didn't commit," Moosman told GBW. "I'm going to take my visit to Iowa next weekend then decide." The final three schools on his list are Michigan, Iowa and Wisconsin.
Does any school stand out for Moosman? "It's hard to tell since I haven't taken my visit to Iowa yet," he said. "After my visit there I need to sit down and look at which school I think will make me a better lineman and student. I'll also be looking at which school has the best social life during my visits."
Moosman said the recruits attended the Michigan basketball game against South Florida, and the Wolverine hockey game versus Bowling Green. He said he enjoyed his time at both events. He also said he has a chance to speak with Michigan Coach Andy Moeller about playing time. "I think they're going to take one or two more offensive lineman," he said.
GoBlueWolverine Magazine also spoke with 6 foot 6, 335-pound Pennsylvania lineman Marques Slocum from West Philadelphia Catholic High School. "I'm just about to head out the door, but I didn't commit during the visit," he said.
GBW will have more from Slocum, as well as the other visitors soon.
