The top senior recruit who was in attendance was OLB commitment Quintin Patilla (heck, he'll be a COACH before he graduates!).
However, the day was dominated by rising skill-player juniors -- probably four of the Top Ten rising juniors in the Midwest.
Junior Ronald Johnson DB/RB 6'1 180 Michigan, Muskegon (the '04 State Champs). He attended Monday-Thursday. He was a full-week U-M Camper this past summer.
Junior Dionte Allen DB/RB/WR 6'0 170 Orchard Lake St. Mary's, Michigan. He was a one-day U-M Camper this past summer.
And two top rising juniors from indianapolis Warren Central, the 2004 Indiana 5-A State Champs:
-- Junior running back Darren Evans. The 6-0, 200 pounder is EA Sports Sophomore of the Year. For the 2004 season he rushed for 2,000 yards including 166 yards on a 5A record 33 carries in the state championship victory over Ft. Wayne Snider. He made the Indianapolis Star's 2004 Indiana Super Team and 2005 Preseason Fab 50. He was the only underclassman - as a soph.! - on the Gridiron Digest Consensus All State team.
