OL Daron Rose down to six; U-M Visit Set

From GatorCountry.com: Tampa Jefferson offensive lineman Daron Rose is one of the best mechanical players you will watch at the position. He has never allowed a sack on the Jefferson quarterback and that is due to his incredible technique. The four-star offensive lineman has narrowed his list of final schools to six and has set four official visits with two schools fighting for the remaining two slots.

Jefferson just finished their season and lost a hard fought 17-13 battle to Winter Haven. The game was close and could have gone either way. The 6-5, 310 pound Rose was disappointed at the chance they had and let get away.

"It was a bunch of missed opportunities," Rose said. "We had a touchdown taken away with a penalty and missed a field goal. It hurt at first, but now it's on to my college career so I need to move forward."

He is down to six schools: Michigan (Dec. 9 official visit), Florida (Jan. 21), Florida State (Jan. 17), South Carolina and Tennessee. About Michigan he says, "I will visit them the first week in December. They have a great offensive line tradition, great conference, and a great stadium."
