Obi Ezeh Profile

Grand Rapids, Mich., linebacker Obi Ezeh made the first of two scheduled official visits over the weekend, visiting Coach Terry Hoeppner's Indiana program.

"It was pretty fun," said the 6-2, 220-pound Ezeh, who helped lead Central Catholic H.S. to a 12-2 mark and a runner-up finish in the Michigan state playoffs. "(Indiana) brought in a pretty good recruiting class last year, a lot of freshmen, and some played. And they are looking for some more production from the offensive line and linebackers, and that's where I fit in, as a linebacker."

Ezeh is scheduled to make his second official visit Dec. 9, when he visits Coach Lloyd Carr's Michigan program. Ezeh said those are likely the only two official visits that he'll make, and a decision should come soon afterwards.

"Those are the two schools that I felt I needed to get down to the campus and see what was going on," said Ezeh, who has been offered by both. "Other than that, most of the other schools (I have been considering), I got the gist of it, that there wasn't that much for me to see."

(GoBlueWolverine note: Indiana is recruiting Ezeh as a LB, Michigan as a FB ... he played tailback in high school.)
