Oliver Lucas, head coach of Greg Banks (6'2 260 5.2) from Denver Montebello, told us this morning:
"I've talked to Greg. He said he had an outstanding visit Michigan visit this weekend. Outstanding."
Michigan coaches will follow up the visit by coming in to see Greg this week. Will he commit?
"Is he going to make his decision this week? No. I don't think so."
"He is going to make a third official visit this weekend, to Cal-Berkeley."
"He has already visited Colorado."
"Right now Greg is thinking that all he needs to visit are those top three schools. He doesn't see a need for a 4th or 5th visit and doesn't have another scheduled."
"So whether he takes a fourth or fifth visit -- right now he's not planning to."
"Greg is still lined up to enroll in college in January. That's still the plan."
"Now if it gets right down to it and he feels like he needs to take more visits, if he can't make his final decision in time, then things would have to change."
"But for now that is the plan. As I said, the Michigan visit was OUTSTANDING."
