Jonas Mouton Profile Safety Jonas Mouton (6-2, 208, 4.6) from Los Angeles Venice (Calif.) returned from his official weekend visit to Texas this afternoon.
While he was unavailable for comment, his mother, Duran Mouton, who also attended University of Texas, had this to say:
"Jonas won't decide soon," Mrs. Mouton said. "And no, he did not commit (as rumored) to Texas during his visit. He feels just about the same about all his favorites right now. Those would be LSU, USC and Texas. And of course, Michigan."
"He has never indicated to us or anyone what he is going to do. I know that everything went fine on his trip to Texas. He went alone but I have another son who lives in Austin, so he wasn't alone."
"He just went to see what they have to offer. It was nice. It was good. He checked it all out and thoroughly investigated it. He's pretty low-key and he does his own thinking. He's just analyzing all of this and he'll probably decide close to Signing Day. That's his projected target."
"I don't have any preference for him. I made my choice when I was his age. He'll make his."
