Josh Oglesby Profile
One of the nation's premier offensive lineman, Josh Ogelsby, is beginning to map out the remainder of his spring visits.
St. Francis High School begins their spring break on April 17th.
"I'm basically going to sacrifice my spring break to make unofficial visits," Ogelsby said. "Nothing official has been set, yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll be making trips to Ohio State, and Michigan, and returning back home for a visit to Wisconsin. I also may take another visit to Notre Dame, and I'm considering making trips to Iowa and/or Nebraska."
"I will a have everything set-up in a week or so. I'm also considering participating in the Scout.com All-American Combine."
As far as what schools he is currently listing, Ogelsby stated he is wide open. However, Scout.com has a policy of only listing seven schools with each prospect in their profile, and when asked what seven schools to list on his profile, Ogelsby graciously responded.
"Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Florida State, USC," Oglesby stated.
Obviously, as I pointed out, that is only six schools.
"I'd say, right now, Iowa is probably my 7th because of the job they've done recently in producing offensive lineman."
Ogelsby's tour of schools will not stop this spring, though, as it will resume this summer once he attends a few camps.
"I'm flying out to USC for their elite summer camp. I'm also planning to attend Notre Dame's invitation only camp, and I'm going to camp at Wisconsin. I may do another camp or two, but I have not made my mind up, yet," Ogelsby concluded.
I heard a lot of great things in regards to Josh before talking him for the first time this evening. Josh was truly a delight to speak with, and for the attention is he is likely about to encounter, I have no reservation in believing he is fully prepared to handle everything.
