Hoops: Amaker Rearranges Staff

Michigan mens basketball coach Tommy Amaker announced today that assistant basketball coach Chuck Swenson and administrative assistant Dave Pilopovich will be exchanging roles on his staff.

Pilopovich will take Swenson's place on Michigan's coaching staff after handling the administrative duties for one season. The 20-year coaching veteran brings a wealth of experience to the post, having spent three years at California University (Pa.) (1986-89), six years at Florida Atlantic University (1989-94)…where he also served as the associate head coach from 91-94, two years at Georgia State University (1994-96), four years at Robert Morris, and the five at Eastern Michigan University (2000-05)

"It's always important for staff members to be exposed to multiple areas of our program for continued growth and flexibility," said U-M coach Tommy Amaker. "Chuck and Dave are both invaluable to our program
and to me, and I know that they will each continue to be so in their new roles."
