Jerimy Finch Profile
Jerimy Finch plays for nationally ranked Warren Central (Ind.) High.
There are around a dozen D1 prospects off of their team but none who are ranked as highly as Jerimy.
Finch is a 6' 2", 200 hard hitting safety that is ranked 8th nationally at his position. But if you asked Finch about his ranking, this is what you would get.
"I could care less about all of that stuff," added Jerimy Finch. "Stats and awards are for losers. Winning games is all that matters to me."
As one could imagine, Jerimy has not kept up with his stats this year but did state that he had 2 interceptions and "2 or 3" punts returned for TD's.
Maturity seems to have set in with this multitalented player.
"I think I have gotten better this year. My speed has improved. I have picked up some more speed. I have just been a team player, overall. Teaching the young ones what to expect is the biggest thing. I am proud of myself for that."
Two colleges continue to recruit Finch the hardest.
"I would say Indiana is recruiting me the hardest. They constantly call every week. Except for Michigan, they call a lot too. I verbally committed to them."
Is Jerimy solid with his decision to attend Michigan next season?
"Yea, the way they are playing defense. That excites me. I went up there for a couple of games. I met their defensive coordinator, and we just chilled. I can see myself making plays in that defense."
Will Finch visit any schools outside of Michigan?
"I have not scheduled any yet. I am still trying to decide if I want to. Right now, I can not say that I will. That is why I have not scheduled any yet because I do not know who I want to visit."
Will Jerimy Finch take any visits?
