Several U-M Recruits Attending "The Game"

Ohio State is hosting at least a dozen top senior recruits, many for official visits for "The Game" this Saturday -- at least four of whom are top Michigan recruits as well. Here is our unofficial midweek list.

Unofficial Visitors:

Ill. DT Josh Brent (6-3, 295) from Bloomington Central Catholic.'s #70 prospect, 4-star. Brent has four official visits set - Michigan on Dec. 1, Ohio State on Dec. 8, Wisconsin Dec, 15, and possibly Arizona State on Jan. 20. Brent has at times said that OSU was his leader.

Ohio LB Jermale Hines (6-2, 210, 4.59) from Cleveland Glenville.'s #56 Midwest prospect, 3-star. OSU (no offer) and U-M (offer) are his favorites.

Official Visits:

Fla. CB DeMarcus Van Dyke (6-1, 160) from Miami Pace. The 4-star CB ('s #47 Southeast prospect) is currently a Miami commit, but lists Tennessee, OSU, Florida, plus U-M, Rutgers, and Wisconsin.

Pa. LB Brandon Lindsey (6-2, 220, 4.6) from Aliquippa. Scout.coms #30 East prospect. OSU has offered, U-M not.

Fla. OL James Wilson (commited to USC).'s #47 prospect. Michigan had offered Wilson.

Mich. DT Joseph Barksdale. No explanation needed for the Cass Tech prospect.

Ariz. OL Kris O'Dowd.'s #40 prospect. U-M scouted O'Dowd in the spring but did not offer him.

Fla. WR Deonte Thompson.'s #41 prospect.

Fla. LB Brian Rolle.

Fla. S Major Wright (possibly a LB in college).'s #27 Southeast prospect.

Fla. S/QB Latravis Washington (committed to Nebraska).

Unofficial Visitors:

Ohio DE Ben Martin.'s #37 prospect. U-M has offered Martin, but the Wolverines are not considered one of his top schools.

Mich. WR Taurian Washington (OSU commit) and his OLSM teammate CB Dionte Allen (FSU commit). U-M had offered both.
