Jerome Jackson, a 6-foot, 195-pound, running back from Saginaw, Michigan is one of the top prospects in the Midwest.
Jackson will be a four-year varsity starter in 2002. He rushed for 1,700 yards and 25 touchdowns as a junior.
"Penn State, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska and Purdue have offered me a scholarship." Jackson said.
"My favorites are Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska and Purdue. I'm basically looking at all the schools that have offered me.
"I don't have a leader right now."
Jackson was named all-state in 2001. He participated in the (Michigan State) Nike Camp this summer.
