Rojo Sets Michigan Visit

GBW has known for a few days now that Muskegon, Michigan super-athlete Ronald Johnson, had a Michigan in-home, and that Johnson had set his Michigan visit for this Dec. 1st weekend. Trouble is, we couldn't get Rojo on the line, on to answer a text message, to confirm it 'from the horses' mouth. So we called Muskegon Head Coach Tony Annese.

GoBlueWolverine has known for a few days now that Muskegon, Michigan super-athlete Ronald Johnson, had a Michigan in-home from defensive coordinator Ron English on Sunday, and that Johnson had set his Michigan visit for this Dec. 1st weekend. Trouble is, we couldn't get Rojo on the line, or to answer a text message, to confirm it 'from the horses' mouth. So we called Muskegon Head Coach Tony Annese, who told us:

"I think Ronald may have phone issues right now."

Then Coach Annese did confirm the visit:

"Yes, I believe he is ... he's visiting Michigan this weekend."

Johnson's mother will accompany him on the visit. Michigan fans shouldn't get overly excited about the prospect of a commitment this weekend however, Annese said:

"I think he will take his visits. He'll go to USC next weekend, then Florida in January (Jan. 12), and I believe he'll also visit Ohio State."

And Coach Annese wanted to make sure Michigan fans knew that:

"Ronald is a great kid."
