Wide receiver Rashad Mason (6-5, 225, 4.5) from Pearl-Cohn High in Nashville gave GoBlueWolverine a call when he got home from his official visit.
"The visit was really good."
The visit went better than I thought ... I didn't know much about Michigan, I'd never been there before. But I really liked it."
Tell us about who you hung around with.
"My host was Brandon Graham. And I also talked to Ryan Mallett a lot. He said that if I wanted to win a National Championship, then I should come to Michigan with him and catch his passes."
The weather was not the best in Ann Arbor ...
"Well Mallett pointed out that if I want to play in the NFL I have to learn to play in any kind of weather ... he made a good point."
So what is next for you, and what is your timetable?
"I go to UCLA next weekend, then LSU the weekend after, the 26th, and then Ole Miss on February 2nd."
"I'll announce my decision on Signing Day."
Rashad Mason: "Better than I expected."
