To play, all you have to do is predict the winner of each Big Ten game (and Notre Dame) each week. Your picking record will be graded (correct vs. incorrect) and compared with that of BigTenRon, the Wolverine Insider's newest addition, Ron Kremer.
If you beat Ron's record for the season, you will receive two free tickets to any Michigan home football game next season, excluding Ohio State. (Those are hard tickets to come by, don't you know.)
The contest begins with games of Sept. 7. (BigTenRon was 10-1 in the first week, but that won't count for the purposes of this contest.) The No. 1 criteria for winning is most games picked correctly, followed by best percentage. (So, you'll want to play each week.)
This week's games:
Saturday, Sept. 7
Western Michigan at Michigan
Kent State at Ohio State
Rice at Michigan State
Illinois at Southern Mississippi
Purdue at Notre Dame
Iowa at Miami (Ohio)
West Virginia at Wisconsin
Minnesota at La.-Lafayette
TCU at Northwestern
Indiana at Utah
One entry per e-mail. We'll be keeping track of the records and posting them on the site.
