Scout.com bio: Jamoris Slaughter can play on either side of the ball, but most recruiters are more interested in him playing on the defensive side; he can bench 265 pounds, squat 330 and vertical jump 33 inches. He also runs track, but says he'll only play football in college. Slaughter has a personal best 10.9 100m and a 49.0 400m. Slaughter finished his junior season with 66 tackles, four interceptions and three fumbles caused.

Scout.com evaluation (by Scott Kennedy): Slaughter is a very good open field tackler with good speed in coverage. He needs to be more aggressive on the field, but shows good instincts in coverage. Will need to get bigger to become a physical presence on the college level.
