Chandler, Arizona cornerback Marc Anthony (5-10, 180) was a Michigan Camper this past June. His teammate, TE/WR Dion Jordan 'almost' made it up to the U-M camp as well ... and, Anthony told GoBlueWolverine, both have scheduled official visits for the same weekend.
"I'm scheduled for an official visit for the Michigan versus Penn State game. Dion and I are both visiting that weekend."
Do you have any other official visits set?
"Other than Michigan, I've only scheduled to visit Nebraska for the USC game."
Do you have a Top 5 schools?
"Besides Michigan and Nebraska, my top schools are Cal, Washington, Vanderbilt, and Boise State."
You were a Michigan Camper for a couple days last June. What additional information are you looking for from your visit?
"I didn't get to hang out with players much when I was at the Michigan Camp, so I look forward to doing that this time."
"I also really want to see what the college atmosphere is there on game day -- that's going to factor into my decision."
What are the main factors for you in deciding what school to go to?
"I want to go to the place that fits me best all around."
"I do know the depth chart is pretty favorable for Michigan in the defensive backfield, and that's something I'm looking at."
Do you have a decision timetable?
"I don't know exactly. It could be mid-season, or it could be after the season. I'm going to take my officials and just see what fits."
"When I know, I'll announce."
