Michigan returns to Big 10 Conference play with a critical homecoming match up against the Purdue Boilermakers. How will the Wolverines fare as they attempt to move to 3-0 in conference play?

Can it be 23-7? Good marker for comparison. I actually think it can be ... or, as unpredictable as special teams are ... say 23-14, assuming the Boilers will return something weird for a ST-score. I'll say it again ... 23-7 is a good comparison with which to predict the fall-future.
Prediction: 23-14 Michigan

Bret Osburn
Purdue's offense will test the Michigan secondary. Curtis Painter is the most seasoned quarterback that the Wolverines have faced all season, and, since fumbling the ball away on the Boilers last shot at victory over Michigan in 2004, wide receiver Dorian Bryant has emerged as one of the most dangerous targets in the Big 10. Michigan will have to play a top game defensively to keep Purdue in check.
Prediction: Michigan 27-24
