Jamaar Jarrett informed GoBlueWolverine Monday night that he would indeed be attending the Michigan/Ohio State game this Saturday. Though it had not yet been etched in stone, he insisted that it soon would be thanks to his head coach at Mission Hills high, Chris Howser.
“I talked to Coach Howser and he will be setting up my visit to Michigan,” Jarrett said. “I will be looking at the atmosphere, the fans, and what it is like on game day. I will be paying attention to team chemistry and how the guys get along. The depth chart will be something I will look at too.”
Despite those plans, it appears more likely that Jarrett will not get a chance to experience those things in Ann Arbor. At this point, a visit to the Great Lake State still has not been scheduled, and with game day just a few days away, it probably won’t be.
Jarrett has no leader at this time, but still lists Michigan, Oregon, California and Colorado as the schools under heavy consideration. The young man is considering making Arizona State his fifth visit. He just recently made an official visit to Oregon for the Oregon/Arizona State game.
“It was crazy up there,” he said. “I spoke with Coach Bellotti and he wanted to know how I enjoyed the game. I had a good time.”
GoBlueWolverine will check back in with Jarrett in the coming days to see if Michigan is still on his radar.
