Youngstown, Ohio, Cardinal Mooney Linebacker Taylor Hill is 6-foot-2, 205 pounds, and reports a 4.5 second 40.
After winning the 2006 Ohio Div. IV State Championship, Cardinal Mooney went 14-1 for the season, losing only in the State Championship game 28-27. Hill recorded 120 tackles for the '07 season, and also played running back when regular RB Brandon Beachum was hurt.
Taylor committed to Okalahoma in back late July, 2007, but then decided to stay closer to home and de-committed to West Virginia in mid-December. Will Rodriguez moving to Michigan, Hill visited MSU this past weekend.
Now he has followed Rich Rodriguez to Ann Arbor.
Hill had some scholarship offers, including from LSU, Pitt and Syracuse as well as Oklahoma, MSU and West Virginia.
Cardinal Mooney has other top prospects on its team this season, including Brandon Beachum, and Michigan scholarship-offerees Dan McCarthy and Michael Zordich.
