Name: Ryan Kelly
Hometown: Raleigh, North Carolina
High School: Ravenscroft
Position: Forward
Vitals: 6'9/210

Notes: Tabbed Conference Player of the Year, Kelly led Ravenscroft to a 24-6 record by averaging 24 points and ten rebounds a game.

On the recruiting front, he's considering offers from Stanford, NC State, Virginia, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, Michigan, and Davidson among others. North Carolina is in the mix, but the Tar Heels have yet to offer a scholarship.

Kelly showcased his talents at this past weekend's Carolina Challenge.

"A mid-major prospect a year ago on this day, Kelly was one of the day’s elite performers and leading scorers," said Scout.com's Dave Telep. "Extra shots in the gym paid off and his jumper was strength. Even his counter moves were on point."

"Rave reviews came out of Raleigh this year and Kelly, in our opinion, certainly backed up the hype," added Scout.com's Evan Daniels. "At 6-foot-9, Kelly is skilled and is capable of stepping out and hitting deep jumpers. Arguably his most impressive move of the day was when he took a dribble to the right side and pulled up for a three-pointer with a defender in his face.

"Kelly, who is best suited to play a face up forward role, was third in scoring and finished with 17.6 points per game."
