The Michigan Wolverines have set up shop in Houston in recent years and have been rewarded handsomely. Assistant Fred Jackson has previously brought coveted prospects Sam McGuffie, Terrence Robinson, Daryl Stonum, Troy Woolfolk, and Brandon Herron to Ann Arbor. Now it seems their presence has helped the Maize & Blue get back in another… Houston Eisenhower standout, Craig Loston.
"Yeah, I'm going to visit Michigan," the Clemson commitment said. "I didn't get a chance to talk to (Coach Jackson) on the phone the other day, but when I talk to him I'll set one up. I'm also going to visit LSU, Texas, Texas A&M, and Oregon."
When asked why he was reconsidering his pledge to the Tigers, he cited the need to make sure he'd have no regrets.
"I was talking to my cousin and he was like it's important to take all of your visits because if he would have taken his final visit he would have gone to Texas," the five star safety explained. "So I'm going to go ahead and take all of my visits."
GoBlueWolverine will have more on Loston in the coming days. In the meantime, we've received word that yet another five star commitment may be making a stop in Ann Arbor this fall. For more on that development, stay tuned.
