Yours truly reached running back Lynell Hamilton from Stockton, Calif., Edison, just walking into his home from his Michigan visit this weekend. And if any Michigan fans are worried that there wasn't enough to do this weekend in Ann Arbor -- it didn't bother Lynell!
Interview of the weekend #2:

All-American running back Lynell Hamilton (Stanford Nike stats: 6-0, 195 lbs., 4.25 shuttle, 28-inch vertical jump ... 4.4 in the 40, 3.0 GPA) from Stockton, Calif., Edison told yours truly about his Michigan visit.

"Did I just get home? Yeah, I've been home less than ten minutes."

"The visit was real good. I had a real good time. My host was Matt Gutierrez -- I'd known him a little from some summer camps around here when he was in high school. We hung around with Pierre Woods, Braylon Edwards, Chris Perry, a lot of the players really. I talked to Chris Perry -- he said I'd have a good chance to come in and play next year at Michigan."

"I talked to Coach Carr this morning -- he said he needs a great back, and that Michigan wants me."

"I've been to Oregon, Colorado and Michigan now. Trip-wise, I gotta say it was Michigan ... then Oregon, then Colorado. School-wise, as far as choosing a college, I have to think about it."

"And I'm still looking at Oklahoma and Arizona for possible visits."
