New Dec. 13 Visitor: RB/LB Tony Hunt

If T.C. Williams High School rings a bell, then you've seen the movie "Remember The Titans," which took place there. This year there is a 'sleeper' from T.C. Williams who is fast becoming a star, running back/linebacker Tony Hunt.

Running back/linebacker Tony Hunt (6-2, 225 lbs., Maryland camp stats: 4.52 in the 40, 28 reps of 185 lbs., 33-inch vertical jump) from Alexandria, Vir., T. C. Williams went to the PSU Nike Camp with a slightly pulled hamstring -- and had so-so stats as a result.

However, he reportedly was the top player at the Maryland summer camp (attended by All-Americans Wesley Jefferson and Barrington Edwards). And this season he rushed for 1100 yards (on 200 carries) and 12 touchdowns.

Still, he's been 'hidden' from the press. But PSU has offered him a scholarship (the T.C. Williams AD is the brother of PSU Coach Larry Johnson). And the T.C. Williams head coach, a USC alum, took Tony out to USC for an official visit the Nov. 29 weekend, where he reportedly committed.

But, not so fast!

Yours truly reached Hunt's uncle this afternoon, who, after talking to Tony's father confirmed to me, "Tony did make a soft verbal to USC last weekend. But he is definitely visiting Michigan this weekend!"
