Michigan beat Bowling Green 83-57 Wednesday night at Crisler Arena for its first win of the season.
Freshman point guard Daniel Horton scored a career-high 26 points (4-of-5 three-pointers), 24 in the first half, to lead the Wolverines out to a 43-30 halftime lead.
LaVell Blanchard added 23 points and 10 rebounds, and Bernard Robinson added 20 points.
Michigan is now 1-6 on the season.
