The father of All-American tight end Greg Olsen (Jan. 10 official visit, 6-6, 240 lbs., 4.7 in the 40) from Wayne Hills, New Jersey commented on reports that Greg has dropped his Michigan visit and will decide over the holidays.
"Greg is at basketball practice right now. No, he hasn't dropped Michigan or cancelled his visit there."
"We haven't had time to sit down and make a determination on whether he's seen enough to make a decision, or whether he should keep going and make his January visits. We will do that sometime over Christmas vacation."
"But as of right now Greg has not dropped Michigan. And his Jan. 10 Michigan visit is still 'on'."
Olsen has thus far visited Tennessee (Nov. 29), Notre Dame (Dec. 13), and Miami (Dec. 20).
He is The Insiders' #22 prospect. His brother Chris is a freshman Notre Dame quarterback.
