Sam Webb: Talk about how your season went last year?
Antoine Pozniak: "Our season went pretty well. I played inside and outside backer, also put my hand on the ground. I had 154 tackles."
Sam Webb: You're pretty versatile then right?
Antoine Pozniak: "Yes sir."
Sam Webb: I know you've been reclassified as a 2011 prospect and will play next fall at Oak Ridge Military Academy. Have you gotten an opportunity to see how they are going to use you at your new school?
Antoine Pozniak: "It's crazy because they've talking about some strong safety or even outside backer in the 3-4, and rush end. I just have to be prepared."
Sam Webb: What's your height, weight and 40 time?
Antoine Pozniak: "6'3", 220. I ran a 4.58 and a couple of 4.6s."
Sam Webb: What schools are you hearing from at this point?
Sam Webb: Have any of them offered you yet?
Antoine Pozniak: "Illinois has offered me."
Sam Webb: What is your impression of the Michigan now that you've been there?
Antoine Pozniak: "I did not get to see much of the campus. However, I got to meet with a lot of the coaches. I'm familiar with hybrid stuff that they do. They said that they would use me the way how they use Mouton and move me around a lot."
Sam Webb: From what you saw of them defensively, could you see yourself fitting in?
Antoine Pozniak: "Yes sir."
Sam Webb: You said that you spent a lot of time with them, what did you think?
Antoine Pozniak: "The strength and conditioning coach was something else. I could mesh with a lot of the coaches. I like that. However, I'm not going to commit to a school because of the coach."
Sam Webb: So what are going to the factors in that decision going to be?
Antoine Pozniak: "I'm not positive because some people look for that home fit. However, if I do not feel at home, I'm still willing to step outside my comfort zone. I understand that this is a business trip. I'm just trying to get a feel for the universities and visit the schools I'm interested in."
Sam Webb: How much of a factor is distance from home be for you?
Antoine Pozniak: "It wouldn't be a factor at all. I would go to Hawaii if I felt that was the best opportunity for me."
Sam Webb: Do you know when you want to make a decision?
Antoine Pozniak: "I'd like to this fall."
Sam Webb: Did you have a favorite team growing up?
Antoine Pozniak: "I never played football before freshman year and I started watching college football my sophomore year. My sophomore year, I was a big Notre Dame fan. My junior year, I loved watching USC with their linebackers, especially Brian Cushing. I did not really grow up watching any teams."
Sam Webb: As far as Michigan is concerned; what did this visit do for their standing on your list?
Antoine Pozniak: "Prior to this visit I did not know much about Michigan. I was well informed and got taken care of. The coaches gave me a lot to look forward to in terms, they want me to come camp out for the one day camp and if I show out, they may pull that trigger. For the most part I was happy to see how to be used defensively instead of hearing something. I got to see what it was all about. Prior to this trip, I just knew they were a tradition rich school."
Sam Webb: So will you go to the camp to try and earn an offer?
Antoine Pozniak: "I can't come camp out to that one day camp that they're having June 5th because I'm camping out at South Carolina. But they said when they have the week long camp come one day, show out, and they would go from there."
Sam Webb: Do you think you are going to be able to make the week long camp?
Antoine Pozniak: "Yes."
Sam Webb: What other places beside for the one day camp at South Carolina, where else are you going to go?
Sam Webb: A lot of you guys are traveling together, going through the recruiting process, any of you guys talk about going to the same school?
Antoine Pozniak: "Yes I have with Damiere Byrd."
Sam Webb: So who do you guys have in common at his point?
Antoine Pozniak: " A couple of schools, South Carolina, Florida. At the same time, he's going to do what's best for him and I'm going to do what's best for me. We'd like to play together, but we understand that it is not guarantee."
