Recruits Spotted At Purdue Game

Recruits spotted at the Purdue Gam.<br><br> *Sunday Afternoon Update*

- Defensive lineman Mike Massey (6-5, 235 lbs., 4.7 in the 40, 225-lb. bench press, 2.5 GPA) from Cleveland St. Ignatius. He was sitting with his brother, Wolverine Pat Massey.

- Michigan signee OL Jake Long from Lapeer, Mich., East.

- Freshman Daniel Horton's little brother, point guard Jason Horton (6-0, 170 lbs.) from Cedar Hill, Texas. He is one of the top 10 junior PG's in the country.

- Also seen in Ann Arbor Saturday was Michigan's first junior football commitment, Morgan Trent (6-0, 180 lbs., 4.4 in the 40) Orchard Lake St. Mary's. He had been in an indoor track meet at U-M, and had run a 6.83 60 meter dash. As a comparison, Braylon Edwards ran a 6.88 in the Big Ten Indoor Meet, and U-M recruits Andrew Johnson from Pittsburgh Penn Hills (Ryan Mundy's friend) recently won the PA. state indoor championships with a 6.90.
