MINNEAPOLIS — On Wednesday afternoon, head coach Jerry Kill held a press conference to discuss the start of spring practice. Kill discussed how he is going to bring the "Minnesota Way" to his new team.

Any football team I've been associated with has always played hard, but you have to develop that through practice.
