With a number of high quality offers in hand Marcus explained what factors he is looking for in a potential school.
"I'm looking for a school that's good academically, a coaching staff that tries to make you better on the field and off the field and a school with a good atmosphere," he said.
Are there any plans for a future visit to the University of Minnesota?
"Maybe, I'm going to try to make my way up there to see everything," Marcus explained.
Marcus plans on working on his speed, getting bigger and helping his teammates get better over the off-season. He currently has offers from Auburn, Clemson, Duke, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Notre Dame, South Carolina, USC, Vanderbilt and Wake Forest.
When asked if he has a leader Marcus said, "I'm still open but I'm trying to cut it down but I'm still open."
Hillside went 16-0 last season capturing a state championship with Marcus racking up 52 tackles and 14 sacks.
