Dinero Moss Commits to Minnesota

Sunrise (Fla.) Piper defensive back Dinero Moss became commitment No.6 for Minnesota when he decided on the Golden Gophers.

FOXSports/Scout.com's Josh Harvey broke the news that Sunrise (Fla.) Piper defensive back Dinero Moss committed to Minnesota.

"I really like the program," Moss said of why he chose Minnesota. "I can really see myself going to that kind of college and playing at that level."

The 5-foot-11, 185-pound Moss recorded 83 tackles and had four interceptions as a junior. He has been training hard this off season to improve for his senior campaign.

"I'm training every day—playing 7-on-7," he said. "I'm always in the weight room. I'm always on the field getting extra work in."

Moss explained what he will bring as a player when finally dons the Maroon and Gold.

"I can bring a lot of things," he said. "I can bring length to a team. I can bring a lot of stops. I can stop the ball in the air. If you throw it in the air on my side, it's mine. I'm going to bring that lock-down stuff. I'm going to bring exactly what they are looking for—that NFL level."
