You can review all aspects of your TheInsiders.com account including subscriptions, billing details, and account profile information via the "My Account" area displayed in the upper right corner of the site.

Forgotten Password
You can retrieve your account password directly from the website. To do so, click the "Login/Logout" link direct below the "My Account" section in the upper right corner of the website. On this page you will find a link for "Can't remember your password?" Click this link and then input your email address to have your password emailed to you.

Note: Be sure you are using the email address (or username) that is associated with your TheInsiders.com account and the corresponding account password, which is case sensitive (small and capital letters count as different). If you can't remember your account password, you can retrieve it on the login page via the "Can't remember your password?" link on that page.

There are a variety of other reasons that could prevent you from logging in to your account.

1. Popup windows disabled
If you have software that kills popup windows or disallows popping up a new browser window, you will not be able to login. You will need to disable this software when you login.

2. Cookies disabled
Your browser must be set to allow cookies. If you set your browser to disallow cookies, or if you have cookie-killing software installed, you will not be able to login. See the help menu with your individual browser for details on how to allow cookies.

Update Email Address
For your account security, we request that all members perform any account maintenance, including email modifications, via our secure web interface.

To do so, click the "My Member Profile" link below the "My Account" section in the upper right corner of the website. Login if prompted to do so (using the email address which is currently associated with your account). On this page replace your old email address with your new email address and click the "Update" button.

Note after changing your email address, be sure to provide this new email address whenever you login.

No Account Match
The <user@isp.com> address is NOT in our membership database. Perhaps your membership was created using another address.

If you have a premium subscription, we can lookup your account details if provided the last five digits of the billing card, card holder's full name, and billing address.

If you have a free membership, please provide the username or alternate emails under which the account might exist.
Either way we are happy to assist you in researching your account details.

Verify/Update Account Info
For your account security, we do not provide account information via email or update user accounts on their behalf. However, you can do so yourself directly on the website.

To do so, simply click the "Login/Logout" link below the "My Account" section in the upper right corner of the website. Login if prompted to do so, otherwise click the "My Account" link. You can then update any aspect of your account via the menu.

Update Credit Card (subscribers only)
We store the credit card to which your subscription is billed as part of your account record. You can update the credit card associated with your account at any time.

To do so, simply click the "My Subscriptions" link below the "My Account" section in the upper right corner of the website. Login if prompted to do so. Click the "Change my billing card" link towards the bottom of the page, then update the credit card information as needed.

Cancellation Instructions
We at GoldenSports.net greatly appreciate your participation in our website. Before we assist you in canceling your subscription, please give us a chance to retain our relationship.

Do you have any account issues with which we can assist you, do you have any changes you would like to see with either your subscription or on our site, or is there any assistance we can offer you in order to maintain your subscription?

If there is nothing else we can do to keep your business, please follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription. For your account security, we request that all members perform any account maintenance including purchase cancellations via our secure web interface.

To cancel your subscription, go to "My Subscriptions" link below the "My Account" section in the upper right corner of the website. Login if prompted to do so. Your subscription(s) are listed on this page and you can modify them as necessary.

Per the Terms and Conditions under which the subscription was created, we are unable to offer any refund. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain premium access until your subscription lapses upon your renewal date.

Recurring Charges
For your convenience your subscription is automatically renewed (Monthly / Anually) until such time as you explicitly cancel it.
