The Golden Gophers started off their week good when Texas outside linebacker Everett Williams committed to Minnesota. Just a few days later, they have added their eighth commitment from a in-state tight end prospect

Minnesota has been looking to add a second tight end commit in their small class with WI TE Gaelin Elmore and got that accomplished when Plymouth (MN.) Wayzata senior tight end Brandon Lingen decided to be a Golden Gopher.
