I don't know to much about Minnesota, but I like their style of play. I do plan on making it to a game this year, but if I don't, then I will visit them in the spring. I'll be looking forward to getting know Minnesota more and also to see what the fans are like when I visit."
The 5-11, 160-pound defender is getting recruited heavily and holds a handful of offers while hearing from many others as well.
"My recruitment is going well," said Beckham. "I got offers from Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Akron, Central Michigan, Western Michigan and now Minnesota. I am also hearing from Michigan State, Michigan, Arkansas, Iowa, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Northwestern, UCLA, North Carolina State and a lot of others. I have not yet set up any visits other than I am planning on visiting Michigan and Notre Dame within the next few weeks."
