Carter Looking To Visit

After a great senior season, talented Ohio wide receiver Torrodd Carter is looking to take some visits with one being to Minneapolis.

Minnesota has been in search and looking for big and physical playmakers on the outside for their offense. Westerville (OH.) South senior wide receiver Torrodd Carter fits that bill and has been in communication with the Gophers.

"I am a top prospect for Minnesota and I'm waiting to hear back from coach now about good dates to set up an official," Carter told GopherDigest. "I have I've been talking to Coach Zebrowski, Coach Jones and Coach Glasscock. Go Gophers and brick by brick!"

"I really like Minnesota and I have a pretty close relationship with all of them! I don't have an offer from Minnesota yet because they said they want me on campus first. I do plan on visiting them. I also think I will visit Indiana, Marshall, and West Virginia."

The 6-2, 180-pound wide out holds offers from Akron, Bowling Green, Indiana, Kentucky, Marshall, Miami OH. and Ohio, but could be picking up more offers after his impressive final season.

"I caught for 1,111 yards and 65 catches leading our region," said Carter. "I just started to relax and let the game come to me, which has improved my confidence and my consistency. Our season is over, so I'm just in the weight room trying to work on my size and speed."
