Golden Gophers Impress Dovich

One of the top junior prospects in Minnesota is Chaska (MN.) junior offensive tackle Bronson Dovich, who attended the Gophers junior day and walked away very impressed

A fast emerging prospect in the Midwest has become Chaska (MN.) 6-6, 285-pound junior offensive tackle Bronson Dovich. He is on the radar for many teams and recently made it Minnesota's junior day visit, where he left very impressed.

"It was a great visit and I loved it," Dovich told GopherDigest. "The coaches talked to everyone as a group, then we got a tour around the stadium and we ended in the locker room. We got the chance to talk to some of the coaches alone. I talked to the recruiting coach for my area (Coach Miller) briefly about staying in touch and then talked to Coach Limegrover. He said he liked my film and wanted me to come to a spring practice and come to one of their camps this summer."

Dovich talks about what stood out to him during his time at Minnesota and what he has next in terms of visits.

"The facilities were awesome and I liked the coaches at Minnesota," said Dovich. "It's a 30 minute drive from my house, so that's a plus. The only planned visit for me is to Oregon some time this spring."
